Adam Iungman and Elliot Blue created the Trans Teen+ Film Festival and organized it's first edition in 2021.

The 2024 edition of the festival is organized by a new team that will present itself shortly. As for the founders:

Elliot Blue (right) is trans* non-binary film maker and lighting designer who has created several short films like "The Shore", "Black is me", "Home?" and "No Romo". Elliot likes to combine live action and 2D animation to create visually appealing and emotionally gripping stories. Their films have been screened at film festivals around the world and have won several awards.

Adam Iungman (left) is a trans* non-binary artist and educator who made the stop-motion animation "How was your day" a semi-autobiographical short film using plasticine characters to portray a day in the life of a non-binary person, which was screened at more than 20 film festivals around the world and won 3 awards for example the award for best innovative film at the Out and Loud Pune International Film Festival.
